TeamBCU Badges are awarded at the end of each academic year to groups that have worked hard to develop themselves. The TeamBCU Badges available are Bronze, Silver and Gold.

At the Team BCU Awards 2019 it was revealed that the Netball Club has managed to reach Gold!

Reaching Gold was based on the following achievements:

• The committee have developed themselves through online and in-person training
• They have maintained a great online presence and improved their social media to raise more awareness for the club
• They  successfully recruited over 55 students into their club, and they increased the number of students that stay involved after the Netball trials
• They have improved their club training and have better organised sessions and fitness plans
• They successfully established a Development Team
