Details

We are looking for a Student Adviser to join our Advice and Information team. Student Advisers are responsible for the provision of high-quality advice and representation to our students. 

You will join us in delivering a welcoming, accessible advice service covering issues such as student funding, housing and academic issues. Our preferred candidate will have at least 1 year advice and advocacy experience and experience of conducting one to one interviews with clients. You will need to be approachable and able to relate to people, especially within sensitive situations, and you must be able to work on your own as well as within a team. BCUSU is a positive employer, with strong staff engagement, supportive working environment and enhanced employee benefits.
