Members only pole fitness Class! Every Wednesday at 5:00 - 6:00, 6:00 - 7:00, 7:00 - 8:00, 8:00-9:00 in the curzon building
You do not need any prior pole fitness or dance or gymnastics experience to take part in this. If you have any issues, disabilities, or worries that may affect your participation in class please contact us ASAP to let us know.

You MUST book onto class before attending!
You MUST wear shorts and a sports bra / t-shirt as you are required to have skin to grip the pole, please do NOT wear leggings, you can't pole in them. Do bring water with you, and if you have any liquid chalk please bring that as well. Please do not moisturize, wear sunscreen, or fake tan within at least 24 hours of class.
