First meeting of the year. To dedicate roles and responsibilities for upcoming official launch of society. Also, introduction to new members.

This event is a society meeting for current and prospect members. We will be discussing and distributing roles and responsibilities in relation to our upcoming society launch. Moreover, this is a chance for all members to get to know each other and make this launch a success!! Anyone is welcome!!! The location will be decided in due course....
