Want to do something for yourself today? Join us for a morning of yoga!

University is the perfect time to try something new... or maybe you have practiced yoga before! All are welcome, so come and join us for a free yoga session on campus. (P.s you don't have to be flexible to practice yoga!)

Times
10am -10:30am: Time to settle into the space and meet like-minded people, teacher introduction
10:30am: Prompt start for yoga
11:30am: Yoga finishes

11:30am - 12pm: Afterwards, take some time for yourself to enjoy some complimentary tea and a chance to chat

What should I wear?
Wear any kind of comfortable clothing that you can move in. The session will be held in our outdoor marquee, so you may want to wear warmer clothing depending on the weather. 

Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own.

No need to sign-up, just bring yourselves.
