#StudentOppsFest | Getting the word out about what you do

This session will look at how to effectively spread the word about what you do whether you want to find new members, get people to come to your events, raise money or something else.

This crash course will cover marketing tips and free tools with plenty of time to ask questions and share ideas.

Jo Walters - Jo has been involved in students' unions as a student, society committee member, volunteer, trustee, sabbatical officer and staff member. She worked as a students' union communications manager before going freelance to work with students' unions and small organisations on marketing and communications projects.
