General
These terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions conducted through this online payment cart. Read them before you place an order and we also recommend that you print out a copy for your records.
Please note that in these terms and conditions "you", "your", "yours" and "yourself" are references to any person ordering tickets from the website, and "we", "our" and "ours" are references to us the website.
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders.
When you place an order you are offering to purchase tickets subject to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.
To place an order for any tickets you must follow the online instructions, and make sure all details submitted are accurate to the best of your knowledge. If you submit erroneous details then you may not receive the correct order at the correct address.
We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching our account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
All credit/debit card data that you provide during this transaction is not stored on our servers, and you only submit this information when within the secured web-pages of www.sagepay.com, our e-commerce gateway provider, which will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment.

Freshers 2011
• Due to venue capacity, wristband holders should arrive within 1 hour of doors opening to guarantee entry. After this time, free entry will still be permitted providing the venue has not reached capacity.
• Wristbands do not have a cash alternative.
• Lost wristbands will not be replaced.
• Wristbands are not transferable.
• Damaged wristbands are void.
• Loose fitting wristbands which can be removed will be confiscated and not replaced.
• Wristbands will enable you to jump queues however please note, there will be a smaller, quicker queue for wristband holders.
• The purchase of a wristband does not exempt you from age ID checks. Please ensure you carry valid ID to all Union events.
• All wristband holders can get access to the VIP room at the Welcome Party however due to the room capacity, there may be a short wait before you can go in.
• Any student found to be sharing their wristband will have their wristband confiscated and not returned.
