Login Information For Students

New Students: There is no need to register on the Union website, however to log in you'll need to have accepted your offer for a place at BCU and received joining instructions from the University. In them you'll find your University username and password which you'll need to log on the Union Website as well. 
Student Username will have this format: S12345678
Password: ********

Please contact Service Desk at the University on 0121 331 6543 or servicedesk@bcu.ac.uk and they’ll be glad to help. If you are informed by service desk that you are not yet on the University system even though you were given your login details, please email union.website@bcu.ac.uk and we will look into this.
