Room Bookings
Your club or society is more than welcome to use union and university rooms at all campuses for activities or meetings. To book a room you need to fill in a Room Booking form. This must be handed in/emailed to student.activities@bcu.ac.uk as far in advance as possible prior to the date the room is required. We recommend at least 1 week before to avoid disappointment!
Rooms are then booked via the University Central Room booking system and can take up to 2 days to come back confirmed. Rooms can be booked weekly, fortnightly, monthly or just as a one off.
A/V Equipment can be used in all University rooms by logging in with your University I.D and Password.
If you are bringing in external speakers then please ensure this form is completed and sent to the Student Activities Department 2 weeks before the event.
