Terms & Conditions

• Purchaser must be a student in their final year of study at Birmingham City University.
If you are not a final year student your order will not be processed. (The same does NOT apply to your guest).

• Guest Ticket applications will not be granted without the full name of the guest/s.

• Purchaser is responsible for their own conduct and that of their [named] guest/s.

• We will give a 75% refund up to 4 weeks before the event. A 50% refund is available up to 2 weeks before the event. After this, no refund can be given.  Refund will only be granted on presentation of an unspoilt ticket.

• In the event of the Graduation Ball being cancelled the purchaser will be entitled to a full refund.

• Ticket must be intact and presented on arrival at the venue.

• Tickets are not transferrable.

• The Students’ Union and the Graduation Ball Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission.
