I wont lie it been far to long since my last blog!

So what have I been up to? Well quite a lot…

I’m now President Elect thanks to a successful Election Campaign. Which I want to thank all BCU Students that Voted and especially my Campaign Team who where amazing!

I attended a Celebration Event on the 6^th of March for the Million Plus University Group which BCU is apart of, at the Houses of Parliament. Liam Burns Nus President and Vince Cable MP where in attendance.

Been working on the Strategic Review and One Page Plan, which will determine the Direction and Vision of the Students’ Union till 2015, which is written on the feedback we have received from Students.

I am now based at Gosta Green Campus. Don’t fret I’m still Actively going to other Campus as usual.

Continue to set up and created Campus Councils and Forums which will fulfill the job description of the Part time Campus Role, and ensure we gain enough Student Voice at each Campus and be relevant and accessible to our students. Still working on getting these to every campus.

Judged the Final of BCU’s Got Talent

Helped and got involved in the Big Canal Clean Up Volunteering Project.

As you know it’s the Easter Holidays now and I hope you’re all using your time wisely, resting or working towards your exams and/or dissertations.

The main focus for me now is the AGM (Annual General Meeting) on the May the 3^rd 5.00p.m. at City North Kenrick Lecture Theatre.

This is your chance to ask what the Students’ Union are doing, hold the exec to account, raise issues and ask questions. Determine the direction of the Students’ Union for the years to come! Join the Facebook Group.
